Dr. Emil Javier - NCP Chairman
Dr Emil Javier is a National Scientist. He was a member of the Board from 1983 - 1986 and then again from 2002 to the present. Dr. Javier was the 17th President of the University of the Philippines and is a Member of the National Academy of Science and Technology.
Dr. Wilfred Tiu - NCP Board Member
Dr Tiu joined the Board in 2009. He was a Professor of Parasitology at the College of Public Health at the University of the Philippines, in Manila. His field of work has been the molecular biology of schistosomiasis.
Ms. Cecille Bernardo - NCP Board Member
Ms Bernardo joined the Board in 2009. She is currently the Commercial Financial Director at the Coca-Cola Export Corporation.
Dr. Troy Gepte - NCP Board Member
Dr Gepte joined the Board in 2014. Dr. Gepte was formerly a professor at the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the College of Public Health, University of the Philippines.
